1. Scope of Services

1.1 Digital Bookkeeping Services

We offer tailored bookkeeping appointments, client support sessions, and data review workshops. Each engagement is scheduled in advance and confirmed based on availability.

1.2 Information Products

Our digital portfolio includes tutorials, templates, and guides designed to streamline record-keeping processes. Content is delivered electronically for immediate access.

1.3 Goods

We provide branded planners, logbooks, and related peripherals. Physical items are shipped to the address provided by the client at checkout.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance of service delivery or product dispatch. We accept major card payments and e-transfers. Detailed instructions appear at the time of selection.

3. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

This section explains when and how fees may be reimbursed, as well as options for rescheduling.

3.1 Digital Bookkeeping Services

Clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to a session at no extra charge. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the session, a processing fee of 20% of the service fee applies. The remainder of paid fees will be reimbursed within 14 business days to the original payment channel. Please submit any change or reimbursement request via our contact form. Note that personalized audit workshops requiring dedicated staff preparation are non-refundable, due to the commitment of specialized time and resources.

3.2 Information Products

Digital downloads are provided instantly. Clients may request a reimbursement within seven days of purchase if content remains unused. Upon confirmation, a full reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment channel. No reimbursement is possible after the seven-day period or once content has been accessed.

3.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Clients cover outbound shipment costs. Following inspection, a reimbursement of the product cost, minus shipping fees, will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment channel. Shipping fees may be credited toward a future purchase upon request.

4. Schedule Changes

Rescheduling requests for services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Confirmed changes incur no additional fee. Late requests may incur coordination charges.

5. Amendments

BookProLab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
